Nanotechnology in Fur Processing

Our patented FelineThermoCoreâ„¢ technology transforms cat fur into a highly efficient insulation material through a multi-step molecular modification process:

  • Selective fiber cleaning with ultrasound (40 kHz)
  • Keratin stabilization using cold plasma
  • Formation of 3D fibrils via electrospinning
  • Hydrophobic impregnation based on biosiloxanes

The resulting structure has unique properties: air pockets of 15-25 microns provide thermal conductivity of just 0.028 W/m·K, and elastic fibrils withstand 5000 deformation cycles without losing their properties.
